Therapeutic Play
Play Therapy is a theoretically based method that supports children by utilizing play based interventions to support children in expressing feelings, worries and thoughts.
While engaging in therapeutic play a variety of materials can be used such as; games, sand tray, play materials and creative art interventions.
Play Therapy is helpful for most children ages 3-12 years old. Some common concerns that Play Therapy can support with are anxiety, depression, increasing self-expression, self-esteem, feeling expression, OCD and trauma.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
EMDR is a type of therapy that uses bilateral stimulation (usually eye movements) while the client focuses on a difficult or traumatic memory.
The goal of EMDR is to lessen intense emotions and sensations related to the difficult memory.
EMDR can be effective for reducing symptoms associated with trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD.
EMDR can be a useful intervention for all ages.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy
ART uses a combination of eye movements and imagery. Clients will replace negative images associated with traumatic events.

CBT is a type of therapy that looks at how our thoughts influence how we feel which influences how we behave. CBT can help individuals understand unhelpful ways of thinking and work on more adaptive ways of thinking. This method is also helpful for individuals want to understand patterns in their behavior.
CBT can be effective for a variety of different concerns, such as; anxiety and depression.
